 Isuzu 2CA1 diesel engine crankshaft is the main rotating parts of the engine, fitted with Connecting rod, to undertake the rod up and down (back and forth) motion into a cycle (rotation) movement.

The material of the crankshaft is made of carbon structural steel or ductile iron. crankshaft has two important parts: the main journal, connecting rod neck, (there are others). the main journal is mounted on the cylinder body, the operating process of crankshaft is a typical slider-crank mechanism.
